A Collaborative Partnership that's Changing the Landscape in Supportive Housing

Homeless Connect Toronto partnered with WoodGreen Housing and Mentor/Mentee Canada to create a first-of-a-kind in Canada Tenant PeerConnector program for you to duplicate it in your Canadian city as a transformative housing systems change leader.  The program is a leader in the valuing Tenant co-design in role development, challenges who we hire for support programs, and proves how Peer-led recovery-focused housing can transform self, community, and workplace culture.  Build-in organic opportunities for tenant employment, and wellness, from a bottom-up perspective by learning more about PeerConnectTO by contacting Mentor/Mentee Canada.  Lead a collaborative Peer/Staff team that lives the mission statement of resident equity and inclusion at every level of the organization that includes decision-making, and end ongoing ‘homelessness’ that exists after safe housing! We are here to show you how.
